Building a Future Where Everyone Belongs
Welcome to 210 Collective—a place where individuals of all abilities can create, connect, and celebrate their worth.
More about 210 Collective
-
210 Collective empowers adults with intellectual disabilities through meaningful work and inclusive community, grounded in the belief that every person is made in the image of God and deserves to be valued and embraced.
-
210 Collective provides meaningful vocational work for individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Through a no-fail work program, we educate, train, and support our Citizens in an environment where everyone can succeed.
We select adaptable, marketable enterprises that let Citizens explore their creativity, learn new techniques, and experience the dignity of completing meaningful work. Supervisors tailor each job to fit individual strengths, ensuring every Citizen can thrive.
By selling these products in the community, 210 Collective not only sustains our work program but also empowers our Citizens to take pride in seeing their creations out in the world.

Time = Volunteer Hours. A consistent presence builds relationships, provides mentorship, and supports a positive work environment for our citizens.
Monday–Thursday: Work alongside citizens during regular program hours.
After-Hours or Fridays: Pitch in to help finish products or handle behind-the-scenes tasks.
Talent: Hiring or outsourcing these services can be expensive—community professionals can make a huge difference in keeping costs low and quality high.
Put your specialized skills to use: web design, social media, finance, logistics, photography, videography, or sign-making.
If you have a gift we haven’t listed, let us know—our community thrives on creative partnerships.
Treasure. Your financial support empowers 210 Collective to hire quality staff, secure essential materials, maintain and improve our facilities, and expand programs so more people can be reached. A gift of any amount directly impacts the lives of our Citizens, giving them the dignity of meaningful work and a supportive community. We’ll use funds in the following way:
Startup Costs. Initial funding covers hiring staff, setting up the workspace, purchasing materials, and laying a solid foundation for our programs.
Ongoing Support. Sustaining contributions fund day-to-day operations, help us grow as we welcome new Citizens, and keep our community thriving. We’ll order materials for product creation, update equipment and our facilities as needed, deliver volunteer training and development, and organize community events and outreach.
Every dollar helps us nurture an environment where all abilities are respected, and everyone is welcomed.
-
At 210 Collective, we refer to the individuals in our program as “Citizens” because it affirms their rightful place in the community—complete with belonging, rights, and the capacity to contribute. This term emphasizes dignity, equality, and inclusion, reminding us that every person, regardless of ability, is a valued member with something meaningful to share.
Our Citizens often have diagnoses such as autism, brain injury, cerebral palsy, Down syndrome, epilepsy, and other genetic differences. Yet each one possesses unique gifts and abilities. By giving them the platform to develop and showcase these talents, we ensure they experience the pride and purpose of being fully integrated members of the community.

And Why It Matters
When people with intellectual disabilities have the chance to work, create, and connect, the entire community benefits. Each product they craft tells a story of dignity, hope, and shared pride. Your involvement—whether by volunteering, donating, or spreading the word—helps make these stories possible.
